I joined FDOC in 2017 with the sole aim of training my 14 week old puppy in basic obedience.  Panda was my first dog so I had no prior experience.   When I first came to FDOC I never dreamed that we would still be here 9 years later after having slowly graduated through all the obedience classes, spending 2 years doing Agility and attaining a Rally Novice title.  I have been part of the Obedience Instructors Group for 3 years and gained Instructor’s Accreditation from Dogs Victoria in 2025.  My goal is to encourage and empower all our members to reach their personal goals, be it making it through Puppies or B1 or going through all the classes and trying Agility, Flyball, Rally or Higher Obedience – the sky is the limit.  Being on the Committee is an honour and my principal aims are to use my voice to ensure that all members are heard and that we continue to build our club so everyone can pursue their dreams in a supportive and inclusive atmosphere.
